Most cake recipes call for butter, milk, and eggs. But angel food cakes don't! I made this delicious recipe from Taste of Home.com. Angel food cakes use only egg whites and have no butter or milk in them. Beware though, you will need a lot of eggs!
I made this delicious cake and topped it with fresh strawberries one night and fresh raspberries the next night. Instead of using whipped cream I used some non fat ice cream made by Breyers that I found at my local Vons store.
